Shopping & order help
Find the right pack, then find help with an existing order.
Choose flavor first, format second
Choose Original animal crackers or Ginger SNAPS. Each product page names the package size. Original Snack Packs is the only selection here with twelve individual 1 oz packets.
Before you order
The purchase button opens the selected offer in a new tab. Check its flavor, package count, seller, final price and delivery estimate before placing an order. Checked prices on this site may change; the amount shown at checkout is the one that applies.
Find an existing order
Open the account used at checkout and find the order in your purchase history. That order page provides the available tracking, return and seller-contact options. This website does not process payments or hold your order details.
Questions about the food
For manufacturer questions, use the contact options published by Meiji America, the home of the Stauffer’s brand. Keep the package, lot code and best-before date when asking about a particular bag.
